Business Operation
Job Description
- Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, or in-person and provide timely responses.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and update customer records in the database.
- Support the team in preparing customer service reports and data analysis.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
