Job Description

• Stay updated with advanced trends in AI/Big Data and related applications, and perform tasks including but not limited to: model training and deployment, pipeline construction, prompt engineering, enterprise knowledge base, and optimization of DL model inference speed.
• Research and explore mature AI platform technologies, participate in company AI platform architecture planning and construction, including technology selection, paper research and technical integration.
• Collaborate closely with clients to ensure solutions meet their specific requirements. Regularly participate in knowledge sharing within the team to enhance overall technical competency and facilitate innovative solutions.

Preferred Skills and Knowledge

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable university, majoring in AI, CS, DS, STAT, or related fields, with a solid foundation in computer science and mathematics.

2. Familiarity with AI/Big Data application-related models; experience in independently deploying and developing AI/Big Data applications from scratch is preferred.

3. Strong programming skills, proficient in Python, Git and Linux CLI.

4. Understanding of CV technologies(especially OCR, object detection and so on), familiarity with ML and DL principles; experience with DL frameworks such as PyTorch or tensorfolw is a plus.

5. Sustained interest and learning in the latest developments in AI; ability to independently follow technological trends and apply them in work, with excellent communication skills and a spirit of teamwork to effectively collaborate within cross-departmental teams.
