Job Description

We are looking for a part-time intern or professional (could be remote basis) to develop computer vision AI model and machine learning for aquaculture applications. This position has opportunity to advance to full time AI engineer in the future.

• Work on various data sources to create and develop, training dataset, data pipeline and data storage strategy
• Implement image/video processing and image enhancement
• Research and apply computer vision techniques for automated image/video analysis and develop algorithm to analysis image/video from various data sources
• Design and creation of data visualization dashboard
• Work closely with our technical team for collection of data from various data sources
• GUI in Chinese and English

Preferred Skills and Knowledge

• Master's degree in computer science, AI or a related field. Ph.D. candidate can be considered if has some related working and research experience;
• A few years of working experience in AI or Computer Vision preferred;
• Hands on experience in developing and implementing computer vision pipelines, visual data processing and algorithms;
• Strong background in machine learning, deep learning frameworks (CNN, ViT, TensorFlow, PyTorch etc.), solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles;
• Experience in real-time computer vision application development on edge computing is a strong plus;
• Proficiency in programming language such as Python, Java etc.;
• Has learned design thinking or has design thinking mindset;
• Responsible, self-motivated, good communication skills, curious with strong learning agility, has “can do” attitude, can work independently, and has strong business ethic;
• Chinese and English proficiency.
