Job Description

We are seeking a Multimedia Design Intern to aid our project ‘Hong Kong Sign Language Translation AI’ that addresses communication barriers for the Deaf community. This project aims to provide real-time translations for various settings, using advanced AI models to enhance accessibility and tackle the shortage of interpreters in Hong Kong. The intern’s responsibilities include:

• Assist in video shooting and editing to create a comprehensive sign language database.

• Process and prepare video content to ensure it is AI-ready for model training.

• ⁠Undertake design tasks such as UI/UX, prototyping, pitch deck designing and social media when required.

• ⁠Perform ad-hoc tasks and assist team members as needed to support overall project goals.
