Job Responsibilities
- Based in Hong Kong to support the Huawei HKRC C&B administration, performance management (like KPIs settings, appraisal organization, and results communication), internal communication activities & other administrative functions
- Gain insights into the best industry practices of remuneration and benefits, keep optimizing incentive solutions, design material incentives (such as timely incentives) and non-material incentives (such as intangible honors and team building), and apply the incentives in an effective and integrated manner
- Manages, leads and Collaborate with local HR teams to coordinate different work groups.
- Support the execution of HR policies and projects
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel is a must)
- Proficient and experience in analyzing market reports and trends.
- Experience in designing employee benefit frameworks.
- Experience in designing and implementing compensation, bonus, and incentive structures.
- Over 8 years of HR experience, and the experience in working as the HR director of ICT companies, with the experience in world-renowned tech firms preferred;
- Strong capabilities in organization and leadership, execution and coordination, PR and team building, as well as spoken and written Chinese and English; and
- Cross-communication and management capabilities, and the ability to support the the team to jointly cultivate an atmosphere of diverse culture.
